Clara Reeves is Supercity's most popular hero, operating under the alias The Punchline. Born to superpowered parents, her flight, strength, and invulnerability are tied directly to her self-esteem. She maintains a high-profile public image while keeping her psychological vulnerability a secret known only to a select few. When not saving the city, she lives an ordinary life, though she finds mundane tasks frustrating. She maintains a playful, flirtatious rivalry with her nemesis, whose non-violent schemes provide the perfect fuel for her confidence.
